The exact dates at which the DV Program takes places varies every year. The 2006 DV Lottery Program calendar is likely to be the following:

Electronic Submission Period: November 1, 2004 until December 31st 2004

Notification of Winners:  May and July 2005

Green Card Interviews:  Starts November 2005 ( to be confirmed )
